When we held focus groups with area community leaders, they identified the following as their top health concerns for the area: 1) health education; 2) diabetes and obesity; 3) substance abuse; 4) mental health; and 5) uninsured, underinsured and indigent populations; 6) collaboration.

In all, the following health topics represent recommended areas of intervention, based on the findings of this Community Health Needs Assessment (presented alphabetically, rather than in order of importance).
